Demetrius Robinson

Executive Director

Demetrius provides leadership and direction for the family oriented nonprofit organization through aligned practices and procedures. He also ensures office operations, implements marketing campaigns and sponsorship/donations through external partnerships and collaborations.

Demetrius began his leadership experience as a Seasonal Teamlead through WE Energies in the fall of 2007. He later held the position of Lead Print Associate for Assurant Health in late fall 2012. Demetrius’ nonprofit experience began late summer 2016 as an Executive Assistant for the President/CEO of St Ann Center for Intergenerational Care for over two years. In addition, he held the position as President/Executive Director for Knowledge Empowering You for Success (acronym K.E.Y.S.) from September 2015-2019. Prior to K.E.Y.S. and St Ann Center, Demetrius volunteered for the American Cancer Society from 2010-2015 as a Relay for Life Captain and served as the Sponsorship/Donations Committee person.  He currently continues his leadership through the vantage point of Administrative Assistant III for the Vice President of Engineering at Northwestern Mutual.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI; Demetrius was the second born of three sons to Fred Robinson Jr. and Bertina (Nee Patterson). He is currently completing his associate degree in Business Management at Milwaukee Area Technical College in Milwaukee, WI on December 2022. Demetrius will continue his education at Marquette University to pursue a bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship.

Demetrius has one child (daughter) that will graduate high school in January of 2023.

Aaron M. Bell

Board of Directors

As a Partner responsible for Portfolio Strategy and Wealth Management at CFCP™ family wealth office in New York City, Aaron provides strategic and executional leadership on foundation priorities. He helps manage key relationships , prioritizes philanthropic investment opportunities, leads due diligence on genealogy for member ancestry. Aaron holds a B.Sc. and B.A. with Honors from Pacific Lutheran University, obtained his M.A. from University of Oregon, earned the CIMA® from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and the ChFC®, CLU®, RICP® and WMCP® designations at The American College of Finance, outside Philadelphia. Additionally, he is an Executive Committee member to the Board of Regents at PLU® (WA), actively contributes on the Board of Advisors at Mansfield Hall College (VT, WI, OR), and is Financial Counsel to the highly acclaimed Third Space Brewing Company™ (WI), humble recipient of several GABF medal awards, all while serving as a Board of Director on the Fulsom T. Jenkins Heritage Foundation™, a national nonprofit/charitable organization based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Dee M. Tucker-Patterson

Board of Directors - Task Manager

Dee has 37 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate managing over approximately 22,000,000 SF throughout her career in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, D.C., Florida, and Michigan.

Her present status includes day-to-day operations of a portfolio that consist of approximately 1,100,000 SF, in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex that involves office, retail and industrial properties, maintaining property appearance, reducing delinquencies, rent collections, budgets, financial reporting, utilities and more.

Dee is the middle child of four siblings and grew up in Oklahoma City, OK.  She relocated to Dallas, TX in 1984 and currently resides in a suburb of Dallas, TX, as a mother of one daughter and Grandmother to one son.

With a religious status of Baptist and growing up as a Baptist Pastor’s daughter until his passing in February 2020,  she is a member of St. John Unleashed in Southlake, Texas where Dee is involved in Women of Victory receiving my Certificate of Discipleship, Women’s Bible Study, Culinary and Volunteer Mission Groups.

Monica McNaughton

Board of Directors

A motivated and fiscally responsible finance and accounting leader with over 12 years of experience in planning, budgeting, and organizing the financial activities of a department, and using data to make informed decisions. Monica has proven experience in the Lean Six Sigma approach to project management including accounting software implementation. Inspired by integrity, ethical decision-making, and providing outstanding service to all customers. She also has concrete public and governmental agency experience with an MBA focused in Business Management and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Shelia Birt

Board of Directors

Shelia has over 34 years of medical experience in various industries of the medical field to include patient care, medical insurance, Pre-Certification, Workers Compensation and Provider enrollment and Credentialing.

She also has over 13 years of Real Estate experience to include Residential and Commercial Contracting, and ownership of S&M Properties as a Broker.

The 4th of 5 children, born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. Received a BSN degree from The University of Tulsa in 1985. Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. since 1980.

Shelia has resided in Texas since 1987 and continues to strive to make herself a better person each and every day.
